1. Privacy Policy –  “We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties” 
  2. Delivery Policy –  We aim to ship your order within five working days using Royal Mail, DHL or DPD. There may be exceptions in certain circumstances. Please contact us for details. 
  3. Refunds  - As long as an item is unworn and with tags you can return it within 28 days. Please send us an email so we know to expect it. We recommend you send it recorded or with proof of postage, we are not liable for any loses. 
  4. Cancellations - Orders can be cancelled if the item has not yet been shipped. 
  5. Any damaged item - Can be returned for a full refund or exchange and we will pay the return postage. Please get a proof of postage.

  7. Any orders flagged by our system as possibly fraudulent get automatically cancelled. Please be assured that this is nothing personal but a safety procedure that we have had to set up to protect our small company against the growing wave of online crime that we have sadly fallen prey to.
